I felt I had the best hand on the flop but too many possibilities out there so I just called to see the turn. That was a great turn card so decided to charge them. Check raise instead? On the river, pot was big and its hard to believe the 7 helped him unless he had a gutshot or wrap the whole way. Well, he had the gutshot.

This just sucks. I see the flop and look how I can extract value and then there are all these calls. In hindsight, maybe i shouldn't have bet so much on the turn but people love to call with draws and a bare 2 anyway so I bet it hard. When the guy behind cold called me, i suspected quads but I have to pay him off. I've seen worse hands shown down all the time.

Got to love 4 outers. I didn't really like the turn but him not raising, gave me hope, then the river hit. With the size of this pot, can I fold? I could have induced a bluff with a smaller straight.

Probably not smart to bet out oop on the turn but the raiser was aggressive so I think if he had an overpair, he would have bet so I took a stab at it on the turn. The river, I planned on calling a modest bet but a full pot bet? Don't think so but that goes against my original read. tdpalermo yelled at me after the hand for sucking out. First off, he's the one that called the raise with crap and didn't raise with the straight.

1) Your opponent is an idiot, but on the river I think check-calling is better. You can also raise the flop?
2) Stacks are not deep enough to play differently I guess. A smaller turnbet is possible, but the end result would have been the same.
3) I might come over to party. Well, not really, but it's fascinating, like mental hospitals are.
4) If you think it is more likely that your opponent has a set than a flush you should bet full pot on the turn. Would he bet out with the nut flush draw on the flop?
5) I fold the river. I might raise the turn if my opponent often takes stabs at pots with weak hands.
6) The only story you can try to sell on the turn is that you attempted a checkraise on the flop, missed and now bet out yourself. Against these guys I check fold these type of hands.
7) Good. As an aside, if the flush hits on the river I'd bet out as well. Surprisingly often people fold their hand for the last couple of $ in their stack in those situations.

Hand 1: I fold on the flop against most opponents, unless they're short stacked. Too many people left to act, way too many draws on that board and virtually every card is a scary one. And I'm a pussy.

Hand 2: Yeah, I bet a bit less on the turn. Leave enough to shove about a half pot bet or something on the river, though.

Hand 3: Lol - the guy who won it looks to my untrained eye to be big money favourite, still, gotta be worth some irate trash talk anyway.

Hand 4: I think you set yourself up for a fall with the flop check-raise, though admittedly if the guy folded it'd have been nice. I'd have probably opted for a cheap turn with the knowledge that my fold equity is reduced by the all-in player. Realistically, most turns will be scary for your hand and you're out of position. I prefer to keep things more manageable in those spots. If Foce had a bit less money I'd have liked your play. Your turn bet wasn't too bad, although admittedly he's unlikely to drop either of his likely draws (flush just hit, and you didn't bet enough to shift a set). On the river I don't see what you can really beat. Bad call I think.

Hand 5: You should either bet out on the turn or check-fold. Check-calling achieces the worst of both worlds; you gain no info on your opponents' hands and no fold equity either.

Hand 6: Given your read I suppose it's not the worst bet but at this level I'd imagine your semi-bluff won't work that often; KKxx and AAxx will be very obstinate, and there might be some low-orientated cards lurking round to make trips or straights too. It woulda been a nice steal if they both dropped, though

Hand 7: I would've raised the turn to take control of the hand and because you have so many outs. If you can drop anyone with similar draws it can clean up your hand nicely, you might win without having to hit, and, by taking the momentum in the hand, you can bluff a blank river and get a similar (but winning) hand like a draw with a single pair to fold. That said, once the other guy raises TT looks likely, but your hand is easily good enough to call with all those juicey outs.

1- I don't mind the check call on the flop. That was one of the better turn cards but I can't count how many times I have been beaten by an A high flush. If it were me, I would probably fold since there are a lot of people left to act though.
2- I would raise a little on the flop and get those bare 2s to pay you off. Just a little one not to scare them away. Sucks that you ran into quads though.
3- WOW. As one of my friends put it, "omaha is like poker was before Monkeymaker. So many idiots." Get the money while it's fresh.
4- After much deliberation and bitching about him getting lucky, I would probably fold this. I just don't like calling with straights when the board is paired, esp pot sized bets on the river after he has been calling you the whole time.
5- I don't know, at first I thought a semi bluff check raise might work but it depends on the player and if he recognizes strength, aka fold equity (I'm learning monk!!!)
6- Hmmm. The only thing I would be worried about is the other guy sandbagging AAxx or KKxx or worse, a bare 3 looking to boat. But the check on the river showed a lot of weakness. I think you can throw out a bet here and stick with your original read and be reasonably sure that you can fold to a reraise.
7- I probably would have called here too with all the outs. Fold to a paired board on the river though.
