I have run into this situation quite a few times lately (not complaining) and I have yet to figure out how to play it. Most of the time I have problems with this is when I am in very EP. A lot of times I am FTA and here is what I have tried:

Check it - each time I did this it got checked around, if someone did bet I would just call. Then on the turn I would bet say 1/3 the pot or 1/4 and everyone folds.

I Bet it on the flop, say 1/3 the pot or 1/2 the pot. Everyone folds

Go all in - make them think I am bluffing - everyone folds

What would you do?

Yep, same with flopped Quads. Look at this hand I limped into. Bizarre call on the end, but I thought it was all I was going to get so I made a value bet. No read on the opponent as this was one of my first hands. Can't believe he thought playing the board was good. Makes me think I should have bet more. (Always think that, right?)

Fagina....i agree w/ Briacheck...except thrown in some drama...i'd waited a long time, then typed in, " you got that King?" then waited more, then went all in or close to all in...you're either going to win a huge one, or just the pot...i think it'd be worth the overbet to win extra....if he's got the boat, he's not going to lay it down,,,if he has nothing, you'll just win the pot anyway, and no more.

i wouldn't do that bill. Typing "you have the king" and then raising or betting big is often a sure sign that they have it. Its a huge tell that i see the whole time.

Two hands. The first one I had 77 and the flop came 773. I checked and slowly called all the way to the river, after an A and Q popped up. Knocked two players out. Second hand, got KK in the SB, flop Kxx. Checked all the way to the river for like 70TC. I did it just to see what would happen. If I'd have bet, I'd probably have won exactly the same number of chips.

You just never know. To win with a monster, somebody else has to get something.
