Dodman raises a lot so I didn't think anything of his raise hence the slightly loosish PF call. With the check on the flop I didn't figure him for a flush draw. On the turn he didn't raise so I figured he didn't have QT either. The river bet is questionable but I was ready to drop if raised.

Here I figured with top two and nut flush draw and backdoor str draw I was golden to push this hand hard. Any other way to play it?

Yeah I can admit betting 2 on the turn was a bit weak, 3 or pot would've been better but I really believed I had the best hand so I just threw out a value bet. I know you don't always have the nuts in omaha but in this case I believe I did unless a T came off on the river. Thanks for your help on this one Monk.

Hand 1 - i don't mind that flop check but i am leaning towards a bet. Turn, bet the pot. don't make anything cheap. Value bet the river and fold if raised.

Hand 2 - fold preflop. Flop is a higher variance play but not bad however, I wouldn't get involved for that preflop.

Not sure how you can fold hand 2 preflop - that's a pretty good hand to give up for another $1.85, in the best position, with a couple of short stacks (possibly poor players?) and a guy with $34 who you cover. Worth seeing the flop I think, position is very promising here in particular. IF you hit a big one you could get paid VERY handsomely and you might get some freebies as you are last to act.

Also brian, did you notice he had a nut flush draw to go with his two pair?

I love hands like this where you have a marginal/decent primary feature but a strong back-up feature - even if it goes horribly wrong and one guy has the remaining two queens in the deck to kill your top two, you're still 30% or so equity with your flush draw, so it's basically impossible to make a "huge" mistake in a shallow-stack online game!
