I'm dealt [2c] on the button. 2 Limpers to the cutoff, (the tight guy) who raises to $5. I call. Folds to the limper directly in front of the raiser..he calls the raise.

Limper checks, Preflop raiser checks to me, I check behind both of them.

TURN pot $17.50
[5c][7d][5s]
Limper bets $5 into the raiser. The raiser folds. I raise it to $15, the limper folds. I win the pot.



I guess my thought is here...never give up. This was easy after the preflop raiser folded. That $5 bet from the limper was a feeler bet with a low or meduim pocket pair. He probably wasn't going to call my raise. He defiently wasn't going call my river bet.

Thoughts?

Ice I usually check the flop here with something weak like 22 because a lot of times I'll get checkraised with nothing and have to fold. If I check the flop...and then he checks in front of me again...well..people dont usually get that trickey

True, but he might call you with something like TT. If you bet the flop he folds anything below top pair most times.
