since he raised preflop, i couldn't put him on this hand which is why i guess he raised it. on the turn, i expected that i had him. He might have the flush draw to the ace with AAxx hand but i didn't see that coming. I was drawing to pairing the board and had no clue.

Depends a bit on the opponent - that flop seems likely to have missed him given the preflop raise, so if he's a typical average player he'll probably lead out and fold to a raise, so I'd maybe make a play in this situation and check-raise the flop (also useful as you get to see what the second caller does before putting any money in). If he's a real goon/calling station, might be best to check and try to see a cheap turn to attempt to catch something, though out of position I would tread very carefully. Without knowing what he has, I would not be inclined to cold call a full pot raise on the flop with a mediocre drawing hand. And yes, you did get lucky !

I tipically raise these kind of hands preflop so you get lucky, but not many people raise lowball type hands

I do now and again. The problem with internet games is they're too short-stacked - it can be very profitable but it detracts from some of the more "out of line" plays you can make, raising with a wide variety of hands being one. That said, as Euri says, you can still be a winner playing highly aggressively preflop (I know a guy that raises EVERY unraised hand preflop who is a marginal winner) but it's of more value in a deep-stack game where you can make a killing with the right board and an opponent with the mindset of "he CAN'T have 3-6" or whatever, because you raised.
