I flop the nut flush in EP, so I BTP and get a reraiser. I put this guy on a low, so I wish the twit had just called so we could get more money in the pot. Anyway, the turn pairs the board, and I am at a loss as to what to do. I think about a blocking raise, but if I do that, all the money is going in anyway, so why bother? So the question is whether I should be willing to go to the bitter end for about $4 (8 big bets) of equity if my flush stands?
My instinct is to say I shouldn't call, but these spots confuse me. I fell confident Villian has the low, and he might have eased into a boat for the high. In this case, I think that I shouldn't call, as the potential equity is quite small. But what if this had popped up on the river?
Also, is it valid not to raise from EP in these situations in order to let the lows do the betting and calling before you make your move?
Any and all insights are welcome.
