I realized that a lot of stud tables (at least online), have 8 seats. What happens if all 8 players play to 7th street... won't they run out of cards?
8 people x 7 cards = 56 > 52.
Unless I'm having a total brain cramp here, someone help me out. Surely this must have happened before? I realize it would be rare, but still.

Yes....The dealer would flip 1 card up in the middle of the table and all players would be able to use that 1 card.
