Yep, small raises and especially small re-raises in PLO are usually a sign of major strength (especially on a board like that) so if he's a sensible opponent you're giving him every chance to fold a smaller boat or a straight. I like to call the turn and make a small lead on the river, either that or a full pot bet (which could confuse the hell out of him) if you think he might call. In this spot, if he's anything other than a solid, tight player (and even then) calling the turn then pot betting the river has a good chance of getting paid off - he'll find a smaller boat harder to put down and will probably call on the off chance that your unconventional stop-go play is a bluff.

I might also be less keen to bet out on the flop, as there's a very good chance that there's a KJ out, and you're then only drawing to 6 outs so would have to fold to a raise. Being in LP helps I guess as it suggests your opponents don't have straights (otherwise someone would probably have bet out); however, if you bet this flop and get check-raised you'll be kicking yourself for not taking the free card when it was on offer. An additional benefit of checking is that if a T or Q turns and you're up against someone with two pair (who probably won't call a flop bet) you stand to win a big pot.

Hope this helps; welcome to the forum!

i agree with monk althought it doesn't matter against most stupid opponents. If you had position, this is a definite call rather than a raise.
