Yep. As long as you know your opponent is not the sort to take a pop at you and call down with his set/ 2 pair, which you never can be sure about at PLO25. I might bet pot on the river, just to discourage that a little more (although, paradoxically, against good players in the bigger games a small bet on the river is often a sign of strength, so I often use this both for bluffing and for extracting value out of opponents who I think might just call - it kinda works both ways, depending on the accuracy of your read, so it is a useful move).
