Yes and no, IMO.
Yes, it is the best book on the game of poker I've ever read, and I think every serious poker player should own a copy.
No, I don't think it's the only book you need, especially when it comes to NL. Most of its examples are Limit, as the model is simpler (fewer options). NL-specific concepts such as pushing aren't covered.
Sklansky's working on a 2+2 NL ring games book that's described as being like TOP for NL. If true, that sounds irresistible.
