Who bets the river? I only have $10 left and the Pot is $44 so its all in or nothing. Who bets and who checks behind?

I think I go all in here. You don't have much to lose and you could potentially pick up an extra $20 doing so. The 2 definitely hasn't changed anything, so your only worry is that someone was drawing to a straight and caught on the turn, then slow-played it. However, on balance, it seems more likely you're up against a flush draw and (probably) something like bottom set or two pair. A value bet seems in order, unless one of the guys has "previous" for uber-slowplaying.

I should note as a caveat that if there's significantly more money left behind, I am unwilling to bet the river because you can't stand a raise. With just 1/4 of the pot left obviously that's not a worry.

I checked behind and took the pot. Turns out, one had top pair and flush draw and one had assorted crap, i forget. Neither would have called an all in for another $10.
