Partypoker, how I missed thee.

So the last few days I haven't been playing because I was waiting for my intertops account and monitor. Who knew you could miss playing poker on a computer so much!?

Thanks to the bullshit of Intertops I'm back on Partypoker, which I don't really mind. I threw some money on and hopped on 4 $10/$20 (6 max) tables. I played an hour and a half, WITH NO OVERLAP, and clobbered the tables to the tune of $2,300.

I played the Super Wednesday and 2 tables of $10/$20 (6 max).

I got no cards in the Super Wednesday except for a capped heads up pot with my QQ losing to AKs and then 3 betting AJs when shortstacked, guy calls 3 bets cold with KQo, then we got it all in on the QT7 two spades flop and I missed. I lasted BARELY over an hour. I folded almost literally every other hand (saw like 3 flops with small pairs and suited connectors or maybe a KJo)

Again I was pretty card dead in the cash games, not really any bad beats just nothing really getting going. Lost $328 there in about an hour and 50 minutes.

So after watching my beloved Red Sox come back in spectacular fashion to win the game I was ready for another crack at the $10/$20 morons.

Not this again . One wild idiot was at 2 of my 4 tables and he hit a gutshot on the turn and a set on the turn against me and I took various other comical bad beats and quickly found myself stuck about 4 or 5 hundread. Fuck that shit. I ain't going down like that. I was just reading Cardplayer about how Ted Forrest would sometimes get stuck $40,000 and just vow not to leave the poker room till he was even, sometimes taking 5 days to do so. Bing Bang Boom, my hands start holding up and my draws start hitting and I'm up a nice sum.

1 hour and 40 minutes. 3 tables of $10/$20 6 max. 1 table of $15/$30 6 max.
$2251.50 profit.

That was a nice turnaround bro. I pretty muched watched all the downslide as well as the recovery. I sat on that table after you left and she pulled some shit hands on me as well but I managed to recover after being down 4 to 5 hundred as well although only a small win but it felt good after getting shanked so badly in the beginning.

I'll take it.

After my Red Sox won AGAIN, I put in a nice 2 hour session.

3 $10/$20 6 max and 1 $10/$20 9 max. The VERY first hand of the session I get KK and lose to KJo. Wow, I really am feeling very positive about this session

Now I generally don't like posting bad beats but this hand was really funny and I am not upset I just want to post it for its sheer comedic value. Every day I see 1-3 hands that make me have doubt in the human race and today this was one of them.
