For zesting, I highly recommend a microplane grater. Also works well on hard cheeses, such as parmesan.

Played a little 7 stud at the Cryptos to finish off 3 of them. Ended up losing a little bit as a result of 3 shitty hands in a row where a guy runners 2 flushes on me and another persons rolled up 5's against my aces up on 4th street. The one thing I do not like about the stud games there is it puts the bring in automatically without letting you have the opportunity to place a full bet.

Certainly can't complain with working 7 hours playing 12 limit and clearing over 450 for the day.

One more late night session to finish off another Crypto and make some headway on two more.

Evening session started off like shit as I was down from hand 1 and proceeded to rapidly escalate to around 150 down or so 8 tabling (4 36 limit, 4 12 limit). Managed a strong turnaround to finish up a little. Here is a hand that helped precipitate the downfall followed by one that had the guy talking trash to me until I left about how badly I play

I honestly don't know why I play in that damn HORSE tourny. Another night of running into stupid hands while i miss all of my hands. Went from 150 chips back to nearly 1400 when I won 9 Razz hands in a row then have a straight versus two pair and he rivers a damn full house followed up by Aces in the hole beaten down by two pair on the river. Also the damn limits start too high and increase to fast making it pretty much a crap shoot if you do manage to get to the final table. I think I am done with it.

Went to play some 10-20 6 max and the first hand in the BB I am dealt AK against one limper and small blind I raise and promptly get disconected. Come back and get QQ and raise and get one caller and take it down on flop. I could just tell I had better leave with the way my luck seems to be going tonight.

Man a tough start to the day. Delayed my start because I got to talk to an old high school buddy through the yahoo for the first time in a while. Remeniscing about bow hunting, cooking jerky etc. I did manage to get an Eurobet account set up after bungling the other attempt on my wife's name so I am now set with rake back on everything I play on a full 8 tables. Also deposited into Absolute Poker today. Not alot of games going on there but I did get into 1 full table of 2-4 limit. The software seems ok although the clutter on the tables could do to be eliminated. The worse thing was a series of computer lags that really made the session frustrating. I have got to get a high speed connection as this damn modem connection is driving me insane.
