What are ways people like to play this? Do you check trying to feign weakness and hoping someone either catches or bluffs you? Do you value bet it a little like me? What to do on the river if checked through on turn and checked to you then?

you already represented AA on the flop (as you should have), so i think that there is little you can do to disguise your hand on the turn. the only think i can think is that maybe it could have been a $3 bet instead of a $5 bet. i'm not really sure that it would have made a difference.

maybe you could check the turn and try to let a flush draw catch up on the river.

Yeah, I usualy check the turn. You're unlikely to catch much profit on this hand, but if someone caught an undrboat or (more likely) draws a straight or flush on the river then you might get paid for a middling value bet. In my experience you're more likely to get paid by letting people catch up and/or demonstrating that they can get to showdown cheaply for a single bet on the turn. If you're a hyper-aggressive player you're better off betting the turn because a wider variety of hands will pay you off; given you're more of a nut peddler I prefer the idea of settling for a smaller score here. Anyone with half a brain isn't going to pay off much here.
