I'm big blind, SATO sees a lot of flops, is aggressive, and doesn't mind calling big bets or raises. Still, he managed to play 60 hands and was up 12xBB.

its actually my favorite one too as you can see in my signature, but I rarely play it. My advice if you are going to play this hand, i think you have to be more agressively. You bet $1 into a $3 pot on the flop and then $2 into a $6 pot on the turn. I normally read this as "i hit something but I'm not that happy with it" kinda of bet. The call on the river is not a bad play. If he had more money, you could fold to the river.
