Its hard to imagine that I don't have the best hand here and if I don't, I have outs. Do you just lead out and win the pot there or try and check raise all in?

I usually lead out. Not 100% sure what's best, though leading out seems to work for me. Your hand is vunerable to free cards so you don't want to get your fingers burnt by checking IMO.
