I checked because i wanted to see how much action would happen. Only one bettor, should I have check raised and mucked to a reraise? What if he calls, lead the turn? Was this line too weak. It definitely fits into my low variance preference.

I figure you have very big implied odds on your 9 outer against most 25PLO players, so i'd call that turn. My guess is you'd stack him if you hit. Check-raising the flop is another option, though I prefer to lead out, you lose less if someone raises and you elect to fold (though, again, I consider trip aces with three live overcard kickers to be a real implied odds moneyspinner, so against anyone with fairly deep stacks I'd lead out and call a raise).
