Hi- I am a new G+ user. I have set up my auto rating system per the criteria on this site.
I am having trouble with two things, however.

1. Is there a reason why someone may be rated, for example, as TA-P yet have a PFA of over 1.2? I am seeing this often where a player will have a PFA of like 2 or more even; and yet be rated in my system as Passive. Any thoughts will help I am sure...

2. I can not seem to load any games when I am in observation mode. I read the instructions on this site on logging in to PP; and then Tracker while opening some tables before I play. But when I come back and open G+... well there is not data. Has anyone had this problem, and can shed light?

You can only use GT+ when you're actually sitting at the table.

I'm not sure about the first problem, but I've noticed it as well. I think it might have to do with a small sample of hands.
