Piers, I know this has been asked plenty of times before but I just dont get it. Your rake # doesnt make sense to me in your last post. When you list rake, are you listing money earned from rakeback?? If so, PLEASE tell me where I can also get $79 in rakeback for 600 hands spread across 4 sites.

I dont get the various part either. I mean $112 in bonuses and hands that PT didnt pickup over 600 hands??? Makes no sense to me.

Yeah but after that he lost $50 playing a less cocky, less young kid in LHE. Of course, after that, he made it back playing the same less cocky, less young kid in PLO8. As my old man always says, "Fuck PLO8."

I take the rake figures for my previous day as I don't know them until the following day so I add them to that total. That rake was from close to 1300 hands at 5-10 limit and above.

The various part was mainly from a 100 bonus I finished up at Empire.

Yep that was a pretty rough day but with todays work I am almost back to even for the month so hopefully I can right the ship from here on out. Got several more bonuses to knock out between now and the end of the month that should help things out.

A hard working day with a little profit thrown in for good measure. Played quite a bit of 7 stud today and just never got on a good solid run as kept having players draw out on me but I did manage a little profit. I contined to crush the PLO8 crowd pretty good for the amount of time I played. Just continuous pounding on them when they limp in or underbet the pot.

Was thinking about putting in another late session but I am just about pokered out tonight. Going to call it an early night and hit them strong tomorrow.

Finished the second match with Xaston in limit holdem. Took only 30 minutes or so for him to finish me off. Got off to a good start and had him down to about 60% chips but he valiently climbed out of the hole and started to hit a few hands on me. Figured I was a slight underdog going into the game and it turned out as expected I suppose. Matches are all square at 1:1 now with my weakest link out of the way hopefully as Xaston is a very good short handed player in limit holdem so I figured I would have to catch some cards to win and it didn't work out that way. So my holdem limit matches are a very nice 0 for 2 thus far

Dude you Xas 'the kid' beat ya? Man! You mustve gotten 92o like forty six times in a row! And they must not have been in the BB either, since we all know that when the mighty piersmajestyk is in the BB, he has a knack for turning shit into gold!

Ive been really busy moving and wasting literally thousands of $ on random stupid things, but the dust oughta be settling pretty shortly, which means that ill be able to get in on the fun. Love the updates though.

I think itd be cool if the open piers challenge turned into something more like a tournament that is open to all, or at least a place where people can issue challenges to each other if they want to, like 'TW molested my pet cockatoo and i DEMAND satisfaction' type thing. If I had to guess, a tourney would probably be way too much of a nightmare to organize and administer- itd be cool though. You guys know how i love a good old fashioned 'my-nuts-are-bigger-no-mine-are-no-mine-are-etc.' (ad infinitum) tyoe contest, so i think your HU idea is great. Just thought id mention that at least.

As a sidenote- man! How disorganized are the thoughs in my posts these days? God- graduate school and 6 months later, my mind has atrophied. Guess trying to figure out what drapes go with the throw rugs isnt really very challenging mental activity. Blast and hell!
