anyway, this post is mostly for bragging
i just played in the qualifiying sat. today
1900+ entrants for 15 seats
i played very tight almost the whole tournament,countinually building my stack, by the second break i was in the top 30 or so.
i cant really recall any of the big hands now, but as we got down to 30 players left i found myself in the chip lead. i decided that because it was a sat., i was going to try to fold every hand until i made the final 15, needless to say this didnt happen. i picked up AK otb and knocked out the BB when he picked up AQ and we got all in on an Axx flop. after that i was able to fold until the 16th place person was eliminated.
i know that this probably isnt that big of a deal for most of you guys, but i've never gotten that far in a tournament of that size before. i really felt like i played it well and im looking foward to playing for that $1,000,000

Nicely done. Trust me, results like this ARE a big deal. (They are also addictive and lead to needing another fix, which is good and bad news.)
