Does anyone have the Bill Boston Odds Book? If yes, is it worth the purchase? It was supposed to be release in September, but still looks like it is in preorder status.

This book looks like money. Probably $20 well spent when you consider the potential knowledge gained.
The question is will it help my patience? Probably will since I would know the odds on starting hands better.
