I toss it. I think hes got you dead to rights with 88.

Hard one. I don't think he has 88.

Unless he's a total idiot with a flush you might be beat by AA or spliting with A2.

The idiot factor and the chance of A2 might mean you have to call.. I really don't know. You say he's aggressive, has he generaly raised AA pre-flop? Would he bet the flop with 88?

You had to make this decision on the turn; you had only 3 outs to improve.

I'm leaning towards call.

man, this is a tough one. It would seem you are either drawing almost dead against 88, he's got 82 and is a moron or you are splitting with A2. I know that opponent and yet to get a good read on him.

I seriously can go either way on this hand but i'm weak tight so I fold it on the river. If you don't plan on folding the river, I think I prefer a reraise on the turn but hindsight is 20/20.

i wouldn't call the raise on the turn unless i was prepared to take heat on the river. in fact, unless you are trying to trap a weaker hand into betting out on the river, i would fold or reraise on the turn.
