I was sure the bettor has at least trip Aces, maybe aces full. Should I bet out on the flop and if I'm raised fold it?? Or is that an "all or nothing hand"??

If that were me I would have made a decent bet on the flop. If you are called or raised you would have to think he at least has an ace or 2 eights in his hand.

In all honestly though I would think with the bet on the turn the better has an ace, but not a full house. He bet a little more than the size of the pot which I wouldnt think you would do with a full house.

I am just going by the betting pattern, if you have a read on how your opponent plays that would greatly effect my thinking on what he had.

Yes, you should bet out on the flop. Q is a good kicker but if anyone raises and you have them pegged as a decent opponent you can assume it's AK, A8 or 88 and then fold. Might be more complicated at PLO$25 because people are more liable to overvalue an ace, but still i think i'd err on the side of caution and fold if he raises. If the opponent just calls I would STILL be very cautious on the turn unless you catch your boat.

With the 6 on the turn only A8 beats you so you can't really avoid losing your stack here. Even if he has A8 you know you have 6 outs. I think the only way you get away cheaply here is to bet the flop and then fold if he raises; if he chooses to slow play his A8 (probably not smart) you'll be committed on the turn anyhow. If you lead out on the flop you might just have got away without losing your stack.

I was thinking for a while on the turn if I should bet or better check and check/fold on the river, if I don't improve to a full house. So is a check on the turn better??

I don't put much stock in trips if the pair is on the board. The only other hand a reasonable person could be calling you with is the other 9 and it likely beats your 9's kicker. You did have a straight draw in case you behind and he didn't fill. I probably would have checked the turn and only called a very small bet on the river, like $1 since a queen is beating you too.
