My life is a fucking cartoon.

I just lost another $1530. Today is now my biggest ever single day loss. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna have to get some sushi tommorow to try and pull me out of this funk.

I'm taking tommorow off and when I come back I'm just not gonna do anything but quad table $10/$20 (6 max) on Partypoker. I'm not leaving that game till I have 100,000 hands logged there (currently have about 25,000). There is no fucking reason. Poker makes me feel like such a dumb shit sometimes.

it gets the best of all of us. Take a break, play within your roll, eat sushi and go to the strip club..you'll be back in no time.

While reading more of The Complete Calvin and Hobbes I came across what I think will be the tattoo if I do decide to get it. It is the below picture. I was thinking about the underside of my right forearm. Anyone here have tattoos and positive or negative things to say about them?

I got a tattoo of Calvin pulling a face on the back of my right shoulder, 6/7 years ago.

All I can say, is make sure you get a DECENT tattoo artist. I'm not happy with mine and I hope to get it touched up some day.

Are you gonna get that entire picture done, or just Calvin or Hobbes?

Dizzam Xas! Looks like you had about a $2700 adjustment in one day. Well, alls i can say is welcome to the game, it really sucks balls sometimes. If you and me have any similarities at all as players, you have some more of those days to look forward to, but some 5-7k wins to look forward to also. Poker lives truly are fucking cartoons, aint they?

Side question though: I am perusing the 1020 sh tables on party, and they look fucking dismal. Of the 4-5 player ones, not a single fucking one has avg pot size over $100, except for one which is 5 players and $105. Should i even bother sitting at these? Beleve me im no stranger to these games- but what i always did was look for the ones with $120+ or at LEAST $110 and hop on those, as I have had really shitty times on the tighter ones. Just wondering what criteria, if any, you use to determine which fo these tables the mighty Xaton will deign to sit at.

I don't fucking know what to do anymore. I cannot win. I try different games, different stakes, different sites. The beats will not stop. It is nearing absurdity.

I played 2 sessions today, don't know the exact numbers but I'm sure I lost more than $1000. I'm losing faith. I feel sick. I actually looked at a shorthanded $50/$100 table on Interpoker today. I almost sat in. That's a fucking disaster waiting to happen. Not that these losses haven't already shattered my bankroll and confidence. I really have no idea what to do. I feel like taking the whole fucking month off. Go fishing and read books and shit. Do something, but I cannot fucking win at poker with the mindset I'm in right now, so even if the cards turn around, I'll prolly fuck it up.

Sorry to hear about your bad run continuing. I can certainly feel your pain having just come out of one of those nightmares. Nothing wrong with taking a break or even dropping down in limits for awhile and chasing a few bonuses to ride things out and get your confidence back again. Take it from me that would be alot smarter option than hopping on one of those 50-100 tables and hoping to go in the right direction. Be patient.

Yea. I'm thinking about taking a whole week off then coming back and playing maybe $5/$10, although from what MK says they are prolly tougher than what I'm used to playing so we'll see. Certainly wouldn't want to play a game where I'm wagering less and have a smaller edge over my opponents.

I've never played at the cryptos aside from Interpoker and apparently they all have a nice monthly bonus. Maybe I'll spend the rest of November quad tabling $3/$6 and picking up those bonuses. 3 days into the month and I'm already down $4,200. Do you need to get pin numbers in the mail for all of them or is that just interpoker? Playing a bunch of PLO for the rest of the month crossed my mind too.

Bah, I guess I'll take the rest of the week off and hopefully something this weekend will point me in the direction of where to head when I come back.

Regarding PIN numbers- yes you need them at all the cryptos to cash out (with the exception of WillHill)...It takes about 10 days or so to receive them in the mail...

I took yesterday off. Today was still a swing and a miss. Anyway, I'm taking Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off. Plus I'm going to be seeing Kayla both Friday and Saturday, so hopefully that will brighten my mood .
