Like all poker questions it depends!
I will not call a huge raise with AK unless I have a read on a player the is real LAG. I like getting in the pot first if I have AK. Early I will make the raise the size of the pot. But lots of times I will only double the BB. I don't like to limp with AK because it pisses me off when I let 72 off beat me and he only played the hand because he as in the BB.
AK is the best starting drawing hand. You have to remember that is all it is a drawing hand. If you don't improve pocket ducks beat you.
There has been some lenghty discussions on AK. You might want to search the MTT section. Just to give you an idea what players were thinking before this years WSOP. I have noticed that every year since Moneymaker won the way we play changes after the WSOP aires. I think it is because of all the new players that buy in around this time and play until they have lost interest or have gone broke. From now until March TAG play is going to win you the most money. After Around March on the good LAG players will start winning again.

If I ain't sinkin', well I must be swimin' If I ain't dead, I must be livin' Livin' is the thing, that scares me the most And if I ain't sleepin', well I better be fishin' If I ain't anchored I will be driftin' But all and all, I'm doing pretty good, since I hit my third coast!
