The play on the flop is fine; get all the money in asap.
The preflop call out of position is not something I'd recommend, especially if there are many loose raisers behind to act... You need hands with better features to compensate for being out of position, and you need very good implied odds.

If I called pre flop, I play exactly the same way.

agreed with the points made about preflop. I don't play that hand at all. After the flop, I play it the same.
