OK, so I've split my bankroll in half in order to get some new competitors in O8. I'm to the point where I'm playing the same people on Full Tilt so much that we know each other by name. Where are the crappiest players? I have $750 to work with, typically play anywhere from 1/2-3/6 and on the lower end in PL.

I have accounts on Pokerstars and Ultimate Bet that are currently empty. Those would be my preference.

this is true of any PL vs NL game... including O8.

NL allows less talented players to take away the advantage of the player with a skill advantage -- not that I know what that feels like.

Do try the daily 3:20 PLO $10 rebuy and the 8.40 limit O8 tourneys on UB. I'm far from a good tourney player, but in the PLO I make the final table (i.e. the money) over 50% of the time. Even if you arrive at the final table very shortstacked, you can simply wait and move up a few places since people will take insane risks. In the O8 that is a bit more difficult because the field is much larger, but still there is a very good ROI possible if you are anywhere near decent.

The $10 PLO and O8 SNG's on UB are very soft, and usually you don't have to do much to make the money. I also played a few $30 HU O8 SNGs, and here you have to reckon with a bit more resistance.

Concur with the advice about the UB Limit tourney.

But one word of warning, last time I played in it I was crushing my table with 4,800 chips early on when someone noticed the blinds hadn't gone up yet. They tried to fix it but eventually had to cancel the tourney midway through. We got entry fees back and I got $11 based on "chip equity" but have no idea whether that was fair or not because the tournament lobby was down.

It's not the first problem I've had on UB but many people like it and a couple of people I know on the CardPlayer forum have had excellent results in that tourney.
