So heres the scene $5-$10 Dealers choice NL mixed games we played almost all hold 'em for about 3 hours finally a guy decides we will play o8ob for his round arond the table. I'm sitting in the BB and get an AKA2 Ace suited with the king and the other one suited with the 2 i assume this is double suited UTG raise dark 2 callers and i call (i have no clue if this was a bad call but AK in hold 'em is a good hand and i know an A2 can make the nut low most likely) Flop comes KK5 SB checks I check ( ok i know a set is good thats common knowledge) UTG Bets 300 folds to me i raise to 600 and he calls Turn comes a K Now 4 of a kind is 4 of a kind thats not rocket science. and knowing you HAVE to use 2 cards from your hand My AK was the mother load. He bets 1000 and of course it puts me all in (dang i wish i had more chips at this point but oh well) We flip them up and he gets pissed berating my play and telling me how lucky i got (he had AA73) he shoulda won he went on and on.

So my question Where the heck did i play it bad or to omaha players was i playing the equivlent of a 7-2 in hold em?

Where in the hell do they have this game? Anyway, depending on how much the original raise was, you may have elected to make a huge reraise. Other than that, I see nothing wrong with your play.

He was obviously just some GOOBER, who got upset that his AA hand, lost to your's
(which was MUCH better, anyway)

Its a back room hush hush game i really thought i had the best hand and then with 4 of a kind i kne w it just makin sure. thanks Adam and i'll try to quit ignoring the section.
