The comparison being that Mike is "blow up crazy" while Daniel is "crazy with a cause", did I really lose my mind on this play or was it played to perfection?
I have 74o in the BB.
$100 NL GC, .5/1
I check for a free flop after a few limpers: pot approx $5. The flop is 49A. It gets checked around. The turn brings a king and also makes a backdoor flush draw. Gets checked to an MP who throws out a weak bet of 2. Pretty obvious he has a king. "Knowing" this, do you guys check raise him to steal the pot? If so, then how much?
I decide to CR to $10 total. I get a pretty quick call, ugh. The river brings a jack. He has about 55 left, and I decide to push all in for 125. I did this for a couple reasons.
1) he is the type of player that will stay in with trash like KTo
2) his turn bet was so weak that he couldn't possibly call off all his money with just second pair.
After about 5 seconds he folded.
So what side of the crazy fence am I on?
