I made the mistake of not stopping for the day after losing 5 buy ins and ended up losing a total of -$850!

I really didn't tilt all that bad. My worst cases of tilt of the evening was going all in with AA vs KK heads up when a king was on the board and paying off a turned flush heads up again. I just wanted to confirm that I got sucked out on yet again :(

I really don't know what to do or what to think. Over the lost 40k hands on $100 NL I was averaging 5.5bb/100 so I feel like I was beating it. But after losing that much I feel like i have to be doing something extremely wrong. I also feel like I've wasted 30-40 hours of time.
