But it list my total aggression as 1.67. I do tend to check/call on the later streets if I have a good starting hand but have people who have hung around and the board looks messy....

I am at 2.37 BB/100.

What stakes/ full or short is that gmoney? those are some huge aggression numbers, in terms of descending order the stats loook good, but I think its a bit high.

Mostly its .50/1.00 on Party and they are full ring.

I'm glad I found this thread I've been thinking a lot about my AF Numbers. I've been on a brutal run lately in my limit cash games. For instance I had 5 nut hands outdrawn on the river in a 90 minute session yesterday and had put in multiple bets on every street just to be outdraw by thin draws at the river.

Its the kind of thing that makes you think. Anyway,

Going back to August 1st, 2005 I have in 30K hands in low limit play most 2/4 and 3/6 with some 5/10 in there as well.

My numbers are as follows

PF: 0.61....YIKES!
Flop: 2.66
Turn: 2.56
River: 1.32

Overall 1.3

My VP$IP is 16.78% (A bit high?) and my pfr is 6.9%

My play is brutally passive preflop so I think I'm going to tighten up some and I'm pretty sure my drop off on the river shows a serious lack of value betting when a scare card hits.

Between 8-1-05 and 12-31-05 I was on a win rate of 2.5bb/100 hands but since 1-1-06 I'm down 0.78bb/100 in limit cash games (Thank God for SnG's and MTT wins!)

Also since 1-1 my agression factor has dropped off slightly. I guess some of this can be attributed to cold cards as my VP$IP has dropped a bit as well.

I hope this isn't just a bad beat story but I'm looking for help here.

Since I came back from the hiatus I was on with LHE my numbers have changed a lot. I'm down to around 12.5% VP$IP myself, PFR at 5.5%, aggression at 3.35/3.04/2.94, and I'm at 3.41 BB/100. This is over 5,000 hands, but I'm really liking it so far. My numbers from last month were 14.39% VP$IP, PFR 8.68%, aggression 2.98/2.76/2.51 and 1.63 BB/100, over 25,000 hands.
