I agree with both of those. I'm just now re?reading TOP. It's great, but, sheesh, could Sklansky make it more difficult to read? The man missed a career writing boiler plate for insurance companies.
Anyone like Small Stakes Hole 'Em, by Ed Miller with assistance from Malmud and Sklansky?
I haven't gotten Hold 'Em for Advanced Players, yet. Worth slogging through another DS?
