I never know what to do when everyone has a low door card. Should I be raising here, figuring that at least some of the people will be holding 2 baby-j hands and will fold?

I don't agree with raising here. You've got a strong draw that is best played multiway because it'll pay off HUGE if you hit it and there is no other low hand out there, you'll win nothing if you don't hit it. So why are you raising trying to drive people out?
