I'm a decent NL player and am trying to learn PLO. I have played a few hundred hands in a live home game and about the same amount in on-line small stakes games. Would love some feedback on these two hands as I was quite confused during the action. Thanx.

Checked to me, I bet $2 UTG raises to $8.40, MP Calls, SB folds so its $6.40 back to me -Question #1 What should I do here?
I call and the turn is the (8s-6d-Jc) 3s
UTG bets $26.45 and MP calls giving me 3 to 1 on a call, I picked up 4 outs to the straight, but figured I lost some to the possible flush - is this overthinking? What should I do here? I folded.

River: (8s-6d-Jc-3s) Kh
UTG goes all-in for $10 MP calls
UTG wins w/ trip 8s (8c-8h-Jd-Qd)
MP lost w/ 2 pair (Ts-Js-9d-Qd)

Should I have called the turn given the stack sizes? My thoughts were that the aggressor was effectively all-in, what if he was the bigger stack?

Turn: (Kd-Ts-Qc) 9s giving me the nut flush draw
checked around to me, I bet $9 BB calls, UTG folds. Is this a good bet?
River: (Kd-Ts-Qc-5s) 4h
Checked to me, I check behind and lose to trip Queens (Qh-Qs-4c-7h)
Should I have bet the river? Anything else I should have done differently?

Hand 1 I would only bet if your opponents are VERY tight and fold often or if it's checked to you in position - your fold equity is very small on this board usually because it's highly coordinated, and there's almost NEVER a reason to bet a draw unless you have fold equity in omaha.

Hand 2 I would fold on the flop. One of the other two could easily have a higher set and you'd be drawing dead. Only time I'd call is if the smooth caller was a COMPLETE calling station balloon, as he seems the most likely to have KK or QQ. On the turn you have no fold equity IMO - if they're on sets they have you beat anyway and have both shown their readiness to put money in the pot, obviously if you're up against a straight you will be called. Just take the free card and hope a spade appears.
