I found it to be a very informative read on online limit play.
The chapters are well organized, dense with information and there are plenty of 'test your skills' questions (with answers). I would recommend it.

I just finished this book today. The information is well presented and easy to understand. It has all the basic concepts for online play that every beginner needs to learn. I think that this would be a great "first book" for someone, especially because it is so easy to read. But if you're past the beginners stage then there is not much in it for you.
