You always here over and over and over, "Those fish who suck out on you will go broke eventually" Well I am here to say an indivual fish might but there are so damn many fish that you'll go broke before the thousands of fish do. Playing tight doesn't help much because they call you down to the river anyways with thier pair of deuces and catch their third deuce on the river anyways. If it was just one fish it would be beatable but there are just to many to beat. Now at the higher limits yes they will go broke even faster but at the limits 50 dollars and below they never stop and never stop coming to get you. Its like a freaking horde of lemings no matter how many jump off the cliff there will always be more to jump off behind them.

The truth is, only the casinos make money in the long run. We may build our bankrolls, but if we're not very, very careful and pretty damn lucky in the long run as well as the short, we will eventually give it all up and the casinos make money as we go up and as we come back down. It's very, very hard to win consistently enough to beat the fish and the rake.

No.

Since I got used to the increased $$ amounts after moving up from $20 NL (took a while), I am making solid money at $50 NL. Almost as much, even in pure $$$ terms, as I make at $100 NL, but with way lower variance. The players are just so bad at the $50 games, it's wonderful. Prima, Bodog, Party, BetFred, Martins, Empire, Cryptos, it doesn't matter. Fish fish fish fish fish.

Yes you will have nights where you lose 3 buy-ins to consecutive morons hitting their 3-outers on the river. But for every night like that, you will have 20 nights where you win 3 buy-ins when morons MISS their 3-outers on the river, like they're supposed to most of the time.
