Ah yes, I got my copy a couple weeks ago. So far, I'm in the middle of Mike Caro's spin. I really enjoy the book so far, and I think you might be right about your assumptions that people buy books for looks. People are always buying books, but they arn't always reading them. Expecially a big thick book like SS2... Perhaps their logic goes like this: "Why read a book when you can watch Celeberity Poker on Bravo, or listen to that Van guy on the WPT?"
