4 handed $50 PLO on UB, full stacks. Two of my opponents are tough players, the third one (which is relevant for this hand) is average. I've been playing laggy, betting many hands, and I've taken down a few medium pots by bluffing. I've shown some bluffs, so he knows I'm stealing his pots.

I am BB with [8h][Td][Js][Qh]. Four see a flop:
[Qc][Th][3h].
Checked to LP opponent who bets $2. SB calls, I checkraise pot to $10. LP calls, SB folds.

Turn: [3d]. I bet $10, opponent calls.

River: [9c], giving me the straight on a paired board.
What do you put my opponent on? Are you betting for value?
