I won $73 today.

It was an up and down day.

I was up $135 because I was having good luck and made a bunch of draws. I made 2 flush draws and 2 straight draws. I also made a full house on the turn in one hand.

But I lost it all, due to my missing draws, and being beat on the river and turn a few times.

Then I started flopping sets and was up $99.

Again I lost it all.

But I made a comeback again, when I made a couple of flush draws, and had a set of kings.

Near the end, I was up $98. Then I lost a little, and called it quits at up $73.

I flopped a bunch of sets today. Sets flopped were 5 for 16, way above average. I won 4 of the hands. Of course, the hand I really wanted to win, I lost when my opponent made an inside straight draw on the river. The pot was $99.

Flush draws made were 4 for 6, also above average.

Today, I won $107. Today was one of the rare times, when I actually quit up $23. Then I decided that I wanted to play more and actually won more, when I won a couple of hands at the end.

No sets flopped today, unlike the last two days. I was 0 for 8 today.

One reason I was up today was because I got a couple of good cards on the turn and river to win. I made a straight on the river, and in another hand trips on the turn. I also made a couple of flush draws, once on the turn and once on the river. At the end I made a flush draw in a fairly big pot of $96 to win, and I was glad that I made the draw.

Another reason that I was up today was that my high pocket pairs were holding up with one exception. I had QQ, TT, KK, QQ, and KK. All but the first KK won. In the hand that I lost, I had KK, and the flop was AAQ. One of my opponent held Ac Jc and won the hand. Fortunately, I made a correct decision to fold on the turn to avoid a big loss.

Flush draws made were 2 for 4 1/2, above average.

I played for just a little while today and won $39. I had one winning hand KK, which held up to win against 2 opponents when the final board was eight high.

Sets flopped were 0 for 1.

No flush draws.

I played for just a little while (8 hands) and finished up $24. In my one winning hand I had Kd Td, and flopped a flush to win.

No pocket pairs and no flush draws.

I had a losing day today. I lost $251. I was down as much as $282 and made a slight comeback.

I had lots of bad luck today.

Some examples:

I flopped a straight and got beat by a flush on the turn.

I flopped a full house and got beat by a higher full house on the turn, by an opponent who limped in with pocket AA. I was completely taken by surprise when I lost. I had 64 and the flop was 466. The turn was an ace, and the river was a 2.

I also lost some hands where I dominated preflop like:

1. A8 against 85, when a 5 flopped.

2. AQ against A3, when two 3's flopped.

3. AT against A9, when the flop was T99.

Sets flopped were 1 for 6, slightly above average.

Flush draws made were 0 for 1, slightly below average.
