I think there are some people in the world, Ninja, that just have to strech the boundaries of behavior. We're in a world today where morals have slipped to the point where right and wrong are not ingrained. Taking responsibilty for one's actions no longer applies.
He's young. He made a huge mistake and thought he'd get away with it. His ego got the best of him and he had to brag about his nefarious deeds. The question is, will JJ learn the difference between right and wrong, or don't let yourself get caught? I hope it's the former, but would bet it's the latter, for if he had any kind of scruples, he wouldn't have done it in the first place.
