There is somewhere on the net you can get this for free - I know because I found it once and read it.
I don't remember much about it other than I can advise you not to buy it.

I have it somewhere. Somone linked it from another forum. It is a great laugh. He says muck AA and raise with 56s or something like that. I will look for it and post it.
