High stakes cash game on tv

Chan seemed to be in the mode to just wait for a monster and then play. I think he wanted to take advantage of anyone who might be "playing up to the camera".

We can still hate Farha for being an a-hole though, right?

The first episode probably needs some codec you don't have or it is simply bugged. I had the same problem when I tried to watch it in Win MP so I used [urlhttp://www.videolan.org/vlc/]VLC[/url] instead which runs pretty much everything.

SinkRox, no chance these are "low stakes" for him. Big Blind of 600, ante of 100 and a stack average over 100k isn't small stakes for anyone other than Andy Beal. Where would he find a bigger game regularly?

I was watching the first episode and noticed that Daniel N made a few huge over bets. One time he had KK and bet 100k into a 30K pot after a 567 flop.

Another hand Daniel N had JJ and was reraised by Barry G. Then Daniel N when all in.

It seems like the only way he would get called in both these situations is if he was beat. Is this an intimidation tactic since he was the big stack?

You have to feel bad for Daniel N. He just keeps taking bad beats. However, Daniel losing 500K does make me feel better about my losing streaks...
