Sounds pretty reasonable, insofar as I can judge O8. Hand selection is obviously quite different, but yours sounds pretty consistent in terms of quality with something like top 6% or so (?).
At PLO, I do notice that there are these kind of raisy phases and then limp phases, depending in part on players and in part on mood, I think--maybe also just on cards.
I also noticed that Lyle Berman in SS2 doesn't like raising in EP at all.
I do it even in EP occasionally nonetheless on strong hands when the table is in kind of loose-passive mode. I don't particularly want to get re-raised big here, although I'm doing it on hands that can handle the re-raise. Generally, though, if you have a re-raisy table, you can just limp and let LP raise for you.
What I've also noticed is that, if the table is pretty limpy and not a lot of action, raising can sometimes get a more gambly type of game going.
