I think I probably would call--with position. But I'd also look at both pot and implied odds a little, although I'm not quite as solid on my guidelines for how far to go in Omaha.

But, if there were 3 limpers, then the 3 BB raiser, then you, pot should have been something like 16 BB, and the pot itself is now 80 to you, and it costs you 13 more. So you're getting almost 7:1 in pure pot odds. Also, SB has telegraphed his hand as AA, and it at least appears that a lot of high cards are in other players' hands.

I think I'd go ahead and see the flop.
