I started up 4 tables of NL100. After about 40 minutes, one of the tables emptied real fast and I shut it down then started up a new table to take it's place. From this point onward, PT said that there were no new hands to import. And the problem didn't lie with PT either because the session browser in the PokerRoom software didn't list the new table either. It also stopped recording anymore hands for the 3 original tables. I was able to keep playing just fine but now my PT stats show me as losing $102 dollars on those first 4 tables when in fact I ended up winning a total of ~$30 including the replacement table. I think it may have stopped keeping track of any points I was earning as well which really sux as they don't clear all that fast at this site.
Another disturbing part of this is that I think, but can't prove, that the software didn't keep track of and give me all of my winnings. When all was said and done, the PokerRoom software showed me as only winning a total of about $2 instead of $30. Since I didn't actually check what my beginning balance was before I started playing I can't be absolutely positive that this is the case but I believe it to be so.
Has anyone else had problems of this sort with the PokerRoom software? If so, how did you resolve it?
