All I can add to this is that, by the time you are down to four in level 5 you should have a pretty good idea who you can push around and who you can't. You want to be all-in immediately on that flop and you want desperately to get called. This is your chance to double up and get back in the game. Anytime you are down to 10 BB or less you are looking for an opportunity to get all the chips in the middle.
In this case you were a 70/30 favorite. Don't get cute - push them all to the middle. I like the idea of pushing the SB when they limp and you should know by this stage in the trny what she will do. If you want to see the cheap flop with 76o - so be it. Not a bad play at all - but get rid of that min-raise. Drop it from your arsenal except in very specific situations. And when you are down to 6BB like this situation it is all or nothing time.
Post some more hands. And understand that we have ALL gone through this learning process so please don't feel we are getting on you.
Good luck at the tables.
