I have been in a slump my last 5 SNG's and I wanted to post a couple of recent meltdowns to see if I am making the wrong play here or just encountering some bad results. I welcome your comments suggestions, and criticisms.

December was a disaster for me and I was a losing SnG player but I won tonight to start the New Year so I will throw my two cents in.

#1. I have no problem with you going all-in with 11BB in that scenario but I like to have an Ace or a PP to do it. I will save the KQ for when I am a little more desperate (like >7BB). But its not a "terrible" play.

#2. Now you are down to just 3+BB and need to take a risk. If the BB raise is just a weak attempt to steal the blinds then I'm fine with going all-in with A6. I prefer A8 or higher if someone is already in the pot, but, hey, you gotta play what is dealt.

Don't worry too much about a five game slump. All of us have experienced that. After a whole year of consistent ITM in 40's and ROI in 30's and 40's, the last 25 of the year my ITM was 28% and my ROI was in the red.

Sit down at the next one and go for it. 2006 is going to be a great year.
