I'm just learning tournament play and am lucky enough to have a friend helping me out. Today I'm sweating him and he ends up doubling up early with 45ss. It is one of the first hands of the sit n go and he limped in early position. He flopped a pair and a flush draw and the money went in. Everything I've read says that the first 2-3 levels of a sit n go you should play ultra tight, especially when not in position. He says that suited connectors are great hands for stacking players when they connect on the flop. I thought that you wanted to avoid these 60/40 situations in the early stages???
(i'm not really interested in how he played the hand, moreso if suited connectors are playable.)
