I wouldn't play aggro without reads. This will often result in spew. Most of these players at $7 will err on the side of limping/raising/calling with way too many hands. They are also likely to play the blinds from a primitive pot odds perspective rather than trying to preserve their chips. On the bubble you can get aggressive.
