What levels do you play PLO

i'll play up to plo100. that being said, i mostly play 25s and 50s for bonus clearing at the cryptos these days. sometimes the 100s are good, but sometimes they are full of aggros that make the texture of the game very high variance (not worth it for bonus clearing, imo).

i prefer plo8 (up to 200), so i'll take that over plo if tables are available.

I played a lot of PLO $50 and $100 on UB and earned the larger part of my roll in those games. They don't differ much: you can make money by playing very tight and hammering your good hands, but you can earn a lot more if you have a few moves. If the games look good and I feel concentrated enough then I'll play the $200 games on UB which are very different, in the sense that I find bluffing virtually impossible; many big pots go to one or two pair pots, and you need to make big calls or get run over.
On stars I don't find the $200 harder than the $100.

Anyway, I think it is by far the most important to have sound fundamentals; this will make you a winning player in most games up to $100.

Mostly $100 and $200 on Party, depending on what games look good. I haven't noticed any meaningful difference between the two.
